  • To both blend in and be discrete as well.

STORY

Notetaking Services started in 2010 and specialises in notetaking for deaf people and clients who require notes for communication support. Since then the service has widened to provide for a range of individuals and organisations with a variety of requirements. This includes minutes, transcripts, captions or records of discussion.

About me, the notetaker

Having worked in administration at City Lit Centre for Deaf Education, I trained as a Notetaker and qualified through the CACDP Level 2 in Electronic Notetaking in 2007.

In 2010 I became an independent notetaker and set up Notetaking Services to provide communication support via notetaking for deaf and hard of hearing students and employees. I also taught the notetaking course at City Lit between 2010 and 2014 as an employee.

Through updating my skills and CPD and being registered with the Association of Notetaking Professionals, I am committed to constantly improving my skills and professionalism.
