Summary Electronic Notetaking


Structured notes with headings, bullet points and appropriate hierarchical formatting to highlight key points.


Notes can be detailed or brief depending on client needs.


Summary notes can aid accessibility and recall for: 


  • Discussions and feedback forums, summary of speakers' contributions


  • Workshop, training course or conference notes to accompany presentations and other resources


  • Minutes of meetings


  • HR Notes: - investigations and grievances


  • Lecture notes for students


Live 'real time' notetaking


  • Access to real time ‘captions’


  • Delegates at a conference can view on a large presentation screen or individuals can view via a second screen* or on their own devices (phone, i-Pad etc.)


  • Near verbatim, typed as quickly as people speak


  • Receive a plain transcript after the event, distinguising individual speakers and what was said

Transcription


Notes produced from recorded meetings, lectures, online conferences etc.


The audio or recording can be sent electronically to the notetaker. Then the notetaker will listen to the recording and take notes. 


Notes can be formatted as follows:


  • Plain transcript, distinguishing individual speaker points

 

  • Summary notes, bullet points with actions and key information highlighted
